I couldn’t sleep the other night. That led to a discussion the next day, which led to a series of Google searches, which lead to the realization that "tips on how to fall asleep" has to be one of the most-explored and most-repeated topics on the internet.
So, here's a compendium, for the next time you find yourself staring at the ceiling in the middle of the night. (These came mostly from Best Life, PureWow, and Prevention.)
They’re not in any particular order. Some were common sense; some were more surprising. Let me know which ones work for you.
