Ukraine questions

Let’s talk about Ukraine. More to the point, I’d like to ask you about Ukraine.
I have a few questions, both to guide me in the coming days and weeks, and also perhaps to create a bit of a time capsule. If you comment now, you can come back later and see if your feelings change over time.
Let me just dive in with the questions, which may or may not be poignant or well thought out:
How much attention are you paying to the Russian invasion of Ukraine?
Does this strike you as a watershed moment (i.e., “the end of the end of the Cold War,” or something like that)? Or is it more likely to be just another geopolitical event that ultimately doesn’t affect most of us in the United States?
We are a divided nation, and I am not trying to stir things up here. But do you think there’s a right side and a wrong side? (I have my thoughts, but I’m more interested in yours.)
