I loved today’s main essay! I follow this fitness guru, Dan Go, and he is a wealth of knowledge, life experience and conveys his ideas (supported by research) in free weekly newsletters and his LinkedIn posts! I highly recommend following Bill’s example for getting and staying healthy! Take care of yourself for you and those you love. Merry Christmas.

I wish the media would stop focusing on what Trump said about Rob Reiner. I don't want to restrict freedom of the press, but how about focusing on memorials offered by those who knew Mr and Mrs Reiner and not on the rantings of an insane oligarch who didn't even know him.

It’s sad that the shooting at Brown University never even made the news here. Seems like school shootings are becoming normalized in society. How sad.

I cannot believe that the President of what was once the most powerful nation in the world could post such an obnoxious comment about the death of two people by a family member. He should be ashamed but I do t think he has the capability to feel that way.

Well done on losing weight, it can be difficult. And then you have to try to keep it off!

I have always been big on exercise. I find weights to be boring but necessary, but love moving my body. I, too, am hoping to lose 40 pounds in 2026 but without the use of drugs. Will be a long, slow process but that’s the same way the weight came on. Nothing against those who use the GLP drugs, it’s just not for me.

Nothing but the funny stuff in memorium: Rob Reiner and Carol O’Connor. https://youtu.be/prRtcQz8Uqk?si=D9Ocd463-L8AIkYP

Forget trump. He’s an ass.

Congrats Bill! It doesn’t get any easier, believe me.

Congratulations on letting go of what was no longer serving you, Bill. I've been on a similar journey and am happy to say I'll likely meet my year end goal, in my case 20 lbs across 10 months. Slow and steady wins the race.

Also, thanks for opening up the Life Story Magic opportunity again!
