If the economy airline seats hadn't been made so tight reclining a seat wouldn't be a problem; however now if someone does a maximum recline the person behind can barely put a tray table down !
I broke off a relationship due to the woman's far left politics. I'm 79 and my current lady is a solid democrat, but we don't have a problem because we don't talk trash about politics.
Soo… the last item on todays got me. Capital R from the Reagan years. I would love to see a Rhino stampede. We need a coming together to include a softening of the words used across the entire system, to friends and colleagues. Thinking qualified individuals should not hold their tongue out of fear. Enjoy your day!
The first story should come as no surprise. That ICE has been recruiting the worst of the worst is an open secret and getting even more glaringly obvious every time an execution, like this one was, happens.
Tight suits for ripped men? Whatever dude. Torture yourselves as women have been doing for eons just to suit some vision oof what your body should look like created by, who or what exactly? Or, just ignore the personality cult and wear what is comfortable.
As for whether or not to recline one’s airplane seat, as Paul here said, if the airlines wouldn’t try to cram as many people as possible into their planes, reclining a seat wouldn’t be such a big deal. Most of us with any age on us who have flown before remember when one actually had legroom, a comfortable seat and room to recline the seat back without the person behind being inconvenienced. Alas, those days are long gone. I’ve only flown 1st class one time and that was when I made my final trip to Panamá one way. Even our seats on that flight were nothing to brag about. Certainly better than coach but still slightly disappointing.
It became pretty obvious that the betting industry was going strong when it came out that the person who loads the president’s speeches into the teleprompter had made bank betting on what the president is going to be saying.
Once again, reminding certain people that America hasn’t always lost at soccer. Remember the wonderful women’s team that won four times?
Humanoid robots replacing workers in a car factory? I guess they did put the fear of god in the workers. Speaking of cars, I just took possession of a new car since 2000. This time though, instead of a US make, it’s a Chinese model. There are several different Chinese manufacturers represented down here. The first model I looked at had a vibrating driver’s seat. I nixed that one as my driver certainly doesn’t need any excuse to “relax”. Good lord! A vibrating seat?
My late husband and I had a politically mixed marriage but that was in the ‘80s and 90’s when things weren’t so volatile. By the time George Bush lied us into the Iraq war, he was pretty much done with the Republican Party and ended up for the first time in his life changing his registration from Republican to Unaffiliated. Trump absolutely disgusted him so we were very much on the same page and really had been for years. Truthfully, I’d hate to be getting back into the dating world these days.
Oh Wow, you really nailed it today! Saved me the time of saying exactly the same things! Well, except for the car with the vibrating seat…
An ICE agent hired with a history of violence? Seriously? I’m sure that is a qualifier.
Tight suits? I don’t wear tight anything. Why???
When I first began flying regularly for work in ‘82 coach seats on a wide body plane were like first class seats today. Even the amenities were better with hot towels and the works. You could recline your set with no worries.
Unless you have inside info like the teleprompter person the odds always favor the house. Always. Unless you are trump and can’t make money with a casino.
My wife and I were both republicans until we switched to Gore after seeing where Reagan was moving the party. Today’s woes began with Ronnie and now Donnie.

Well that was an odd assortment. I guess it IS Friday!

They Were Charged With Assaulting ICE Agents. The Cases Are Crumbling.
“The Trump administration has lost or abandoned hundreds of criminal cases against protesters and immigrants, a Times investigation found.”
