Bill, if the bashing of this admin continues, I'm out. I've really enjoyed your take on so many topics, but....

What’s the matter? Kitchen getting too hot? Not sure how one could find any of these articles as bashing this “administration”. Senior divorce, Reflection Pool issues, Pentagon(Hegseth)kicking out yet another general, Immigration judge speaking out, “Antifa” verdict, AI models and Taliban marriage. Somehow these are administration bashing? You can’t be serious.

Read the biased wording from The NY Times - really read it - just for one example- I’ve said it numerous times before, I’m not a Trump supporter - he’s a jerk - BUT <—- that word, the far left will NOT give up the hate & & blame & not accept why he got elected. Border control, Antifa.

You believe the NYT is biased when they report facts. The WaPo presents the same facts and it is a Bezos mouthpiece for this administration. Blaming the messenger of facts is a red herring to the saliency of the narrative.

If you are not a trump supporter and you loathe democrats what/who do you actually believe in and support? What are you for? Which publications do you think present the unvarnished facts?

You seem to like Bari Weiss. She clearly carries a bias and for her $150 million payday by implementing decisions her new owners hand down, many in support of the current administration.

I like GlobalPost, 1440.

The wording/headlines of the others imo pull you in with however they want to. IMO, they’re ALL echo chambers. Facts can be skewed by wording. Facts can be skewed by how polls are collected/worded.

You ask what am I for? I’m for the end of term limits. I’m for the end of $ contributions across state borders for state elections.

I’m for Trump to be impeached. I’m for both sides of Congress to get a spine.

I’m for the next elected POTUS to honestly, honorably want to unite our country

Sounds like you are a Democrat or an Independent that thinks like a Democrat

I’m a non-label. I’m an American who believes in our Constitution as written by our founders. They did not believe politics was a career; it is a service. And I definitely don’t support democrat socialist

Are facts considered “bashing?”

Wow! Those are some heavy articles! While in a sense I realize that oppressive decisions are happening, you have curated some important information. It is very discouraging the direction we are heading. But honestly, thank you. And I was unaware about the deportation judges!

I fully understand the grey divorce wave. I don’t think my marriage would have survived being with my husband 24/7. He was a nice man and terrible to live with. We were kind of saved from that when he got dementia and subsequently passed way a year later. I am finally able to do all the things I want to do but we’re of no interest to him.

I have such empathy for the women in Afghanistan. I have to wonder whether the men making their lives so miserable feel the same way about their mothers. Hard to believe such a system still exists at this time.

And AI, that genie is out of the bottle and we have lost control of it. Reminds me of one of the Die Hard movies where the bad guys were taking over electrical stations. Except now there is no Bruce Willis to shoot himself and save the world.

In Greek mythology, Narcissus rejected the advances of all women and men who approached him, instead falling in love with his own reflection in a pool of water. In some versions, he beat his breast purple in agony at being kept apart from this reflected love, and according to Ovid turned into a flower bearing his name.

The character of Narcissus is the origin of the term narcissism, a self-centered personality style. This quality in extreme contributes to the definition of narcissistic personality disorder, a psychiatric condition marked by grandiosity, excessive need for attention and admiration, and an impaired ability to empathize.

So he was taken down by a reflecting pool. Hmm. Sounds familiar.

I also notice the left leaning narrative in choice of things to report and am considering unsubscribing if it continues. I had hoped this to be a neutral space.
