this came thru at 6:11 am my time. I've been up since about 4 am. I get enough sleep (I've known for a long time I don't need 8 hrs. Never nap). Family, friends, regular exercise, all very important. Plus I always have to include my weekly volunteer time 😉 - I know it's not on the list, however, it's a good part of socializing as well as contributing to the community, which all provides good mental health. In fact, today is my regular volunteer day.
and “Don’t you just… LOVE America?!!” - yep, even tho it's quite divisive these days, still love it, nowhere else I'd rather be.

Never been much of one for late nights. Lived on a hobby farm and the animals don’t know time, only know it’s time for milking. They don’t care what time you got home or got to bed.
Sounds like Trump wants to get rid of the sick and chronically ill people in America. If you have to choose between medicine and eating and shelter, how do you do that? Drugs are already so expensive.
The Texas issue will be interesting to watch. So will the Epstein debacle. His accomplice does not deserve to be pardoned for what she did. I feel for the victims who are watching this.
I love your articles, but I hate the way topics about sleep are presented - not just by you, but almost everyone. It's also not just about going to bed early. Correlation isn't causation and going to bed early isn't a choice for most people no matter how much they "train" themselves to. It also would not be an advantage to those who have the chronotype that works best at night, regardless of whether they could fall asleep early.
People who have an early chronotype tend to have the most energy during the most convenient times during the day in regards to the rhythm of the world. (I also think one day scientist will discover something about having that chronotype is telling of having some sort of superior energy mechanism).

Work - mostly alone. (Or with friends/family if working on the same business)
Sleep - with family (girlfriend/wife)
Fitness - you can go to the gym with family (and friends), run with family, enjoy healthy meals with family.
