I remember this interview. I also remember that she basically provided the argument for the fact that a company doesn't have to 'identify' as anything to be successful. She was going gangbusters before she came forward as a black woman. So say what you want, (and I know a few will), the whole identity business is bull. If you operate with integrity and run a fair business, you thrive.

I agree. Integrity and equity (fairness or justice in the way people are treated

often, specifically : freedom from disparities in the way people of different races, genders, etc. are treated), something sorely missing from big business, politics and the (very) wealthy.
