I’m just thankful that I’m at the stage in my life where I can take a cat nap whenever the urge hits. I know for a fact that my sleep patterns got messed up when I became a mother and again when I started working outside our home. I can look back on my life and see the many things that have contributed to an unhealthy sleeping situation to even now when my life is what many would call ideal for restful sleep.
On a positive note and apropos of absolutely nothing, I did manage to bake two loaves of really good banana bread for my neighbors. The world’s blowing up around us, people are stranded in the middle of all the mayhem caused by the war/not a war crowd, apparently we are starting to mess around in Ecuador(🤬)and Texas voters had problems in a certain county. Seems like getting one’s hot air balloon hung up on a cell tower could be called a walk in the park.
