Brilliant. My career involved lots of air travel and I learned how to use miles to the max. I tip my hat to the creator! I still use them and will miss them when they’re gone. Thanks for the reminder.
Great topic. I joined Marriott Rewards when it first started in 1983. They gave all active members that joined in ‘83 lifetime platinum membership on their 20th anniversary. With the credit card and so many accrued points I didn’t have to pay for hotels until just a couple years ago after retiring. The added benefits from Delta were also great.
Did a quick Google search as I’m sure you did and found several articles but as you said, nothing on our end here just all British sources. That a grand jury failed to indict her father is just one more sad tale about how corroded our system of justice has become.
Epstein just serves to show that the stupidly rich men are stupid and often think with the wrong head. I don’t know where all these document releases will lead, but I am tired of hearing about them. Exactly what the stupidly rich men want people to do. Money should never be a get out of jail free card but it often is.
Never flew enough to make frequent flyer programs worthwhile. In Canada, there was talk about making them taxable benefits since it is business travellers who seem to accrue the most. But I don’t think that went anywhere. The company I worked for also talked about making them company miles and not individual miles, not sure that went anywhere either. But it seems to me that if you are getting reimbursed for the cost of your flight, the party paying for the flight should get the miles.

Good one today Bill. I rarely fail to learn something new from your newsletters. That’s why you’re still worth the price of admission.

“If we found six men that they were hiding in two hours, imagine how many men they are covering up for in those 3 million files,” Khanna said.
Can you imagine how many more victimized children the undisclosed files extrapolate to? How many were discarded ... yes I mean killed.
Indeed. And we will never know if ALL the files have been released since the fox runs this particular henhouse.
Daily Kos has the story about the Texas shooting: https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2026/2/10/2368186/-Texas-MAGA-man-murdered-his-own-daughter-after-Trump-argument-no-criminal-charges-filed
Also, the El Paso airspace has been re-opened.
