Gaetz, Greenland, and Granger. What a day for news! Wondering when Musk will market an e-rock. You can ask him by sending a letter to President Musk at Mara Lago.

That Granger story in Texas really got me. Gaetz wasn’t really a surprise. We knew he was lower than pond scum but what it took to keep Granger under wraps was a whole different ball game. Can you imagine how crazy things would have gotten if the House had really been working? As it was, because of the Aug. break and the run-up to the election, she wasn’t really missed for a vital vote.

Darrell, did you ever have or buy a pet rock?

Never had a pet rock but I did have a parent with dementia/Alzheimer’s. It took Granger years to get to the point of memory care. She had been on a downward trend for years - as a member of congress no less.

I still have a giant pet rock (7-8 pounds) from my travels in Wyoming in 1978 that is safely snuggled away in a storage unit. I can't recall if I ever purchased an official pet rock.
