I have never voted Trump nor Biden but at this point it looks like a Trump win - I want him to take the “ high road “ & appeal to those like me - I believe I’m the majority hating the hatred
I want Trump campaign to ask Dave Mason (is he still living?) to use his song

I admit that I get irate sometimes on the phone. My problem is that my hearing is not very good even with hearing aids. And so many of the companies that I am calling have their calling centers in India and it is extremely hard for me to understand what they are saying. I ask them to say it again and again and again and still can't understand what they are saying. One company's call center is in Arkansas and I can understand everything they say. It is just extremely frustrating not to understand what the person is saying. I don't have a solution, but try not to use the phone any more than I have to.

imagine if this could be applied to on-line 'conversations' --- perhaps people themselves can learn to react a bit more civilized
