Regarding "claim shark" legislation: I'm a disabled veteran. There are a number of Congressionally-chartered Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) providing veterans with free benefits assistance. VSOs are VA-trained, operate within strict guidelines, and can access veterans' online benefits records. Claim sharks are not chartered, not trained, and do not have access to records. They use questionable practices to complete claims paperwork, charge fees that easily reach into five figures, and demand the veterans' VA login credentials to monitor benefit changes. Several states have already passed legislation to rein them in. It's about time Congress takes action.
I agree. The way we treat veterans is deplorable. It is past time for congress take action for many, many things other than realigning voting districts.

I just paid $4.29 for gas. Last month the same station was $2.69. That is a 60% increase that will carry over to all prices. There is no end in sight until our “leadership” decides to accept defeat in Iran.
It’s great if the brain stays young, but how good is it if you are in a decrepit body? Dementia is a terrible disease, but fixing that doesn’t change the frailty that often comes with aging. Shoving a spray up your nose is a quick fix for one problem, but we need to look at the whole person.
Fetterman is a good example of what is wrong in politics. Politicians should work for their constituents and not to line their pockets. Not just a US problem!
And Trump and Iran having a peeing match is disgusting. Let’s start WW3 because of it. I hope someone in the States has the backbone to shut Trump down, but it looks unlikely. He is changing the world and not in a good way.
