Just a theory, are you in the US? I looked again and they all have links to skip paywalls but I wonder if they might not work outside the USA.

I canceled my subscription the day the new CEO dumped the editor. I won’t give them my eyeballs and blocked them on Apple News.

opposite of buyers leaving Musk = others leave companies that go too WOKE, etc. Lots of companies leave CA, Wash state, OR for ultra liberal issues, etc., etc... I'm not defending Musk just say'n there are plenty of decisions going both ways.

Orb factory - very interesting. Right out of scifi which I've been reading since I was in Jr High, now called middle school...

Vince Vaughn interview resulted in some additions to my movie list which I've never seen.

I was interrupted while reading - just finished. Great interview. Politically I'm independent, but also mostly believe as a Libertarian. Just wish the party would get someone who could appeal to more. Great discussion about being a parent.

& the escort link was a promo for a book I won't be buying

Elon Musk’s Embrace of Trump is Turning Off These Tesla Lovers

That is an intolerant person who is shopping for a new car because he didn't like who Musk interviewed. Musk did extend an invite to Harris too, but she declined, of course.

Article was from before the Musk/Trump "interview."

“… because of Musk’s polarizing persona…”

Musk (who is the epitome of weird) has made a hot mess out of Twitter so I don’t blame Harris for passing on an invite. She doesn’t need it but Trump obviously did, even though twitter is a competitor of his company. I also don’t blame the guy for switching to a different car brand. How can you support something with money when you completely disagree with how they run their business and there are other comparable options.

Musk has Asperger’s. Like most brilliant people with this condition, he is often misunderstood and labeled weird. Try to embrace it, you might learn something.

I grew up with a father that taught special ed, am married (for 49 years) to a psychologist and have a BIL/best friend that is a psychiatrist. As a result, I believe I’ve embraced acceptance of people with issues like Asperger’s. You can’t use something like Asperger’s as an excuse for someone that abuses his platforms. Musk can do whatever he wants but I don’t have to support him.

But I get your point. I’m sure there are people that think I am weird. If that makes me intolerant I can live with that.

Yeah, the face f**k comment and stroking the felon’s egotistical d*ck is way past Asperger’s for me. He has a bigger problem than that.
