Your article today on “Me Worry” was a poor selection… not worthy of publication. You can do better!

Unlike Nic apparently, I appreciate today’s article Bill. My sister died of cancer a few years ago. When I would call and ask how she was her answer was always, “I’m dying” and though I always replied that we all are, she never got it. I have friends with her same form of cancer that have lived, so far, 3-5 times longer than her, but I’m convinced that’s the difference. Their focus is on living.

I've been feeling my age lately - Found todays article reassuring - and interesting that actual studies are being done on aging. The "Ghost Murmur" -VERY interesting.

Hope and positive thoughts are a better way to deal with these issues as the alternative robs you of any chance for happiness

It's hard work these days.

On the NY Post link about CIA tech - Not sure I'd go with that one. Much more likely that the following link is more accurate - https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-04-06/injured-us-airman-in-iran-used-boeing-device-to-signal-rescuers?srnd=homepage-americas&embedded-checkout=true

For anyone who cannot read it - The Air Force airmen used a standard issue Boeing Co. communications device to alert their comrades and signal their locations.

The device, called the Boeing Combat Survivor Evader Locator, or CSEL, provides secure two-way over-the-horizon, near real time data communications and precise military Global Positioning System.

Thanks for the great link. Not sure the NY Post is all there…

I totally believe that your thoughts influence your whole body. Not just in aging, but life in general. Seeing the positive leads to seeing more positive and to being someone people want to be around. Keeps you interested and interesting. For example, I recently retired and am dealing with a partner with severe dementia. It would be really easy to just sit i side and watch Project Runway all day. And some days, I do. But I always feel better about myself and my life when I am more active, when I get out and enjoy the world around me. I make myself go to plays, visit museums, walk along the waterfront and enjoy the ocean air. I celebrate small wins every day

Positivity all the way here or at least refusing to worry or stress about things over which I have no control; which is almost everything. My mom was a first class worrywart so I made it my goal in life to just take things as they come. Somehow, she made it to almost 95 years of age but she was never really all that happy unless things were going her way. Life doesn’t work that way.

As for that “cease fire”, turns out there was nothing on paper. Seems to have been a figment of the trumpster’s fever dream 🙄. The markets reacted the way that would help big money take advantage though.

Some days I hate being right. Yesterday u made this comment on Anthony Davis’s Substack:

“My thinking is he’s working with Netanyahu with BiBi taking the lead thinking 47 will back him up by being the distraction with all of his bombast”.

There was a bit more but that was the gist of it. So what has Netanyahu been busy doing for the last 24 hours? Turning Beirut into Gaza. It’s just my opinion but the Tenth Circle of Hell would be too good for both those bastards.
