I imagine Chick-fil-A does a good job...however, it's still a fast-food place, & I haven't been to any in many many years. I believe I went to Chick-fil-A one time...

I owned a franchise of a different sort; it was a brand new concept when it began, & won some awards. I learned a lot. As so many businesses owners say, the first day was soooooooo exciting, the last day was sooooooooooooo exciting.

NYC - have visited several times, several yrs ago. Have had no desire to go again, for several yrs. And now, even less so.

Never been to Chik-a-fil or have any interest in being a franchise owner. Sure you can make money but there is so much responsibility involved. More than I care to take on

And I always kind of chuckle when people think they can make big bucks selling g real estate without thinking about the costs behind being a realtor. Sure, the guys on Million Dollar Listing make millions, but you never hear how much they spend on marketing and staff and all the other fees, or how many hours they spend prepping and sitting at open houses where no one shows. It can take years to build enough client base to even make a decent living,
