I'm not a fan of Kennedy being Sec of Health & Human Services, but definitely support the ban, that had already taken place in other countries, of the food dyes.

and the CNN poll about the American Dream... well, this part: "willing to work hard" --- I'm not sure applies to as many these days...

oh, & be creative if I wait... hope so, 'cause I've been waiting awhile to get back in my craft room... keep finding other things to do, like play pool almost every afternoon, play games w/ friends almost every week, dance at least once a week, volunteer outside of the home every week & dedicate other hours to the agency here at home...

Absolutely agree 1000%. I'm a software designer, and knitwear designer (they're more closely aligned than you might think) and I regularly procrastinate and overthink ideas, only delivering at the very last minute. I used to beat myself up about this, but then I realised that my rocky process results in more creative and better designs/solutions EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Seriously...sleep on it... or push your daughter on the swing. It's all good ;-)

Knitwear designer, is that tied (haha) into knitting?? I used to knit a lot! Did a bit of designing but never ever to say it was my design - I couldn’t imagine anything being ‘new’. Oh, but how I loved it - won a best in state fair once when I wasn’t even thinking of entering till friends convinced me to. Didn’t know I won anything till I walked into the fair & saw my exhibit on display with the ribbons haha

I still play minesweeper on Google.

Doesn’t Trump’s right eye always squint?

I sometimes procrastinate but was raised to not do so. We were well trained to get things done and it’s a tough habit to break.

On another topic, I hope the three British idiots made good money for smuggling drugs, especially if it costs them their lives. That is right up there with the tourists who stand five feet from a wild bison to take pictures or try to pet a baby bear. Sometimes you get exactly what you deserve, and it’s good to remove those stupid genes from the gene pool.

I procrastinated doing things when I knew I could get away with it most of my life. I noticed it would happen when I was in school with a paper due and occasionally when I needed to study for a test. Mostly though it was whenever I needed to write. I’d let the subject perk for a while and then at the last minute the words would happen. Much later when I returned to school in my early 40s, that’s when it dawned on me that higher education is wasted on the young.
