Years ago I had a conversation with a Citigroup person involved in the AAdvantage program and that person claimed that if you adjusted the income statements to reflect the revenue that American Airlines received from the AAdvantage card you would discover that the airline would never have a year of profitability without the bank card credits.
I only got to use a friend’s FF miles. The few I ever collected ended up being a pain to book and use buy my friend’s husband flew for business so had tons to use. She and I flew to Phoenix when we rode down into the Grand Canyon and if I’m not mistaken, our hotel was also due to FF miles. Came in pretty handy for sure.
I understand the family of James Van Der Beek had to set up a Go Fund Me account to help cover the costs incurred by his cancer diagnosis and treatment. This was after they sold off his memorabilia from his TV roles. This says so many bad things about the state of our pathetic health care, or maybe death care system, we have today.
As for Howard Nutlick(not a typo), he’s got other issues besides running interference for a friend over a bridge. Seems he admitted to yachting to Epstein’s little island with his wife, their CHILDREN and the children’s nannies for lunch-supposedly for an hour. Please! Give me a break. Who in their right mind would take their children anywhere near a known pedophile for any reason?

Never got any perks for booking flights it I did get a lot of perks from hotels for booking rooms and meetings.
