So John Harrison was the (probably Asperger’s) inventor of the sea watch.
John Lewis, the Representative and civil rights leader, had a February birthday and dies in 2020.
I have no idea how I conflated the names. Jon Lewis was also a friend of mine way back when, that's probably what it was. My bad.
