As for the Tik Tok ex- Google employee… she is obviously a part of the 12% layoff statistic of (especially) large companies. (I remember that article, Bill!) It’s sad though, that due to the layers upon layers of management/ partners/ team managers, etc … it’s very easy to lay off oodles of people when there’s no personal, physical, face…

And it’s difficult, if not impossible, to find out whose decision it was to let go Employees A-Z … just one of the fallouts of the high tech, work from home culture. Accountability from all levels in that type of workforce is challenging.
