Is there a third possibility with the aerial objects being shot down? Perhaps they have been known about but nothing was done because we also had “objects” flying over china or other countries that would be put at risk. Maybe we had to wait before taking down these intrusive objects in order to protect our own spy data and image. Just a thought.

Musk out of the picture would be the best thing for investors.

Fascinating trip back in time with Letterman/Gates.

I sure would like to think that the powers that be have a clue what the objects are that they are shooting down before they shoot them down, but I’m not at all certain they do.

Enjoyed the article about Musk and succession planning. My personal thoughts are that he will probably never have a succession plan because he thinks there is no one else who can do it better. You have to put aside your own egotistical thoughts and do what is good for the businesses/corporations you are responsible for, and he is not ready to do that.

... "worth knowing today" ... section. I'm guessing all or part of this is automatically added, perhaps? Much of it is click-bate or general stories pumped up with generic details, e. g. Irish guy losing weight, Utah governor comment from Fox. None of it up to its title.

The governor of Utah sounds like a real charmer. As for Musk’s succession plan: There comes a point in any entrepreneur’s career where they must step aside to enable sustained growth (and remain competitive).

I have a feeling there is a succession plan in place. Elon Musk seems to be an extremely thorough person. Plus, if you know anything about Asperger's, things are very rarely left "open ended" or without a solution. He may not think it is any of our business at the moment, but I truly believe its signed, sealed and in a vault somewhere.
