They spoke to a Stanford professor that studies law and social media this morning on NPR, she said that lawsuits like the one Parler filed against Amazon very rarely go in their favor. Something about the business' first amendment rights to decide on editorial content that they publish. (sorry, I was listening in the car so don't have all the references). I wonder how that would play into Trump's situation? I do think it is scary strange that Trump's team hasn't filed a barrage of law suits.

Thanks! I think it's an uphill battle for sure. But sometimes you don't have to win 100% to "win enough" As an example, what if by suing AWS, Parler could negotiate a settlement -- even say, 60 days continued service on AWS, even with restrictions, giving them at least some time to find an alternative. Technically speaking I understand that would still be REALLY hard. And I'm not endorsing Parler or AWS... I've barely spent any time on Parler. But just as a legal strategy, it seems smarter than simply doing nothing!
